Agree to provide Seven Gates Entertainment (SGE) with administrative, counseling, management and all applicable support functions to the nature of and pertaining to Cyonic Nemeton effective: _____ / _____ / ______

x SGE will not deduct any amount from the full amount due me for my services rendered. _____!

l x I will never disclose data that is considered SGE intellectual property. _____!

x I will maintain company confidentiality, which prevents me from disclosing client data in casual conversation with friends, roommates, family and strangers. _____!

x As an IC, I will promote the professional image of SGE. _____!

x Additional monies may be paid to me for over-production or for extraordinary effort as SGE determines. _____!

x I will be paid for production rather than time ______!

x I understand that either party may terminate this contract for any reason with two weeks notice _____!
