There is a "Retroactive License
Fee" fraud that attempts to extort payments from website owners who
post highly-trafficked images. These companies do not actually
own the images and gamble that victims will pay the extortion to
avoid being sued. The
FBI, DHS and FTC want to stop this fraud:
