Follow this tree:

4.  In the right hand box:  Locate UPPER FILTER and delete it.  (If you see LOWER FILTER -- DELETE that too).

5.  In the top dialogue box click:   EDIT    |    NEW    |    MULTI STRING VALUE.

6.  A dialogue box with a flashing cursor appears.  Type in:  UpperFilters

7.  Right click on (your newly created) UpperFilters and select:  Modify

8.  Type this into the dialogue box:  GEARAspiWDM     then press ENTER (the "carriage return" is necessary)

9.  Verify that the UpperFilters value in the adjacent dialogue box reads:  REG_MULTI_SZ   (you fixed it -- it's a multi string value now).

10.  REBOOT
