v We are not a "beacon to the world" when we glorify terrorists, criminalize the innocent and give more rights to criminals than victims.  If the purpose is to destroy America – it’s working.

v Criminals who show no remorse for committing violent crimes should be executed at the States earliest convenience, and the $100,000 annual maintenance cost awarded to the victim’s survivors.

v ‘Cruel and unusual’ punishment isn’t necessary, however, the public’s financial burden should be taken into account for prolonged maintenance.  Give the condemned a 5th of whiskey and shoot them in the head.

v Innocent people should not be wrongfully criminalized in order to build a jail, win voter approval or gather statistics for causes that many innocent citizens have been wrongly incarcerated for.

v Just because someone is an easy statistic doesn't mean that they should be turned into one.

v The comprehensive legal indemnity that legal professionals abuse should be comprehensively abolished.  Legal indemnity was invented by lawyers to keep them in business.  That’s why modern show-trials demonstrate everything except justice.  Law should not be a sporting event.

v "18" can not magically determine one's sexual maturity when 12-year-old boys are being arrested for violent sex crimes at an increasing rate.  Gangs use minors to get away with murder.  Underage girls use sex to blackmail older men, and in many cases, nobody cares about the man.

v "18" can not magically separate adult from juvenile offenders: 13-yr-old drug lords can murder 80-yr-old senior citizens just as easily as a 30-yr-old mother can drown her own children.  The State of Texas vs. Andrea Yeates proves that it's OK to drown your children but not to spank them.

v The penalty for a blackmailer should equal the penalty of the blackmailed: Blackmailers condone an illegal act until it becomes either inconvenient or profitable to grow a conscious.

v The police have every right to shoot anyone who threatens them once they've been ordered to “freeze” or “stop” in English; the criminal makes that choice, not the police.  If the suspect hasn’t committed a crime, then the suspect wouldn’t be running from the police in the first place.

v Double the prison sentence of every woman who causes an innocent man to be incarcerated under false charges of rape, and maximize the sentence of every woman that overturns furniture and puts marks on her body to make her claims of domestic violence appear to be true.

v Justice should not be determined by wealth -- but it is.

v Justice should not be about building new jails -- but it is.

v Nobody forces a thief to break and enter a home, and a homeowners has EVERY RIGHT TO KILL an intruder.  The act of criminalizing citizens who defend their life and property is form of legal terrorism.

v It's interesting how anti-death-penalty advocates change their stance against capital punnishment when one of their own loved ones is brutally and senselessly slaughtered.   It's equally interesting how an 'arm-chair General' is clueless about tactics, strategy and the actions needed to win a war.
