v Public executions teach spectators to think twice before committing a capitol offense.  It costs $100,000+ per year to maintain a death row inmate.  A bullet costs 2¢, which saves taxpayers $2.7M per execution.  Executions are good for news media ratings and newspaper sales.

v The anesthesia used by veterinarians puts an animal to sleep before it arrests the cardiopulmonary process.  The lethal injection process for capitol offenders uses sodium pentothal to relax the muscles before the lethal chemicals are injected.  It appears peaceful, but don't worry -- it's not.

v Before pushing euthanasia on citizens, reduce the number of condemned prisoners first.  Give the condemned a 5th of whiskey and shoot them in the head.  Criminals don't grow a conscious until their own demise draws nigh.

v The vital organs of condemned prisoners can be confiscated without their consent.

v Criminals can not be afforded better protection than law-abiding citizens have:  That makes everyone equally worthless.

v Innocent people should not be wrongfully criminalized in order to build a new jail or to win votes.  Because someone is an easy statistic doesn't mean that they should be turned into one.

v Comprehensive legal indemnity for legal professionals must end.  Legal indemnity was invented by lawyers to keep lawyers in business.  That’s why modern show-trials demonstrate everything except justice.  Law should not be a sporting event.

v "18" does not magically determine one's sexual maturity when 12-year-olds are arrested for violent sex crimes at an alarming rate.  Gangs use minors to get away with murder.  Underage girls use sex to blackmail older men.  12-year-olds are mature enough to operate heavy farm equipment in the midwest.

v "18" can not magically separate adult from juvenile offenders: 13-yr-old drug lords can murder 80-yr-old senior citizens just as easily as a 30-yr-old mother can drown her own children.  The State of Texas vs. Andrea Yeates proved that it's OK to drown your children but not to spank them.

v Juvenile offenders almost always cite child abuse to diminish their culpability when they get caught. There is evidence to suggest that maturity levels vary according to population density and geography.

v The sentence for a blackmailer should equal the sentence of the blackmailed: Blackmailers condone an illegal act until it becomes either inconvenient or profitable to grow a conscious.

v The police have every right to shoot anyone who threatens them once they've been ordered to “freeze” or “stop” in English.  Someone who has not committed a crime would not run from the police.  LEOs are not responsible for ANY decision that a criminal makes, to include 'running from the law.'

v Double the prison sentence for every woman who causes an innocent man to be incarcerated under false charges of rape, and maximize the sentence of every woman who overturns furniture and puts marks on her body to make claims of domestic violence appear true.

v Justice should not be about wealth -- but it is.

v Justice should not be about building new jails -- but it is.

v A homeowner has EVERY RIGHT TO KILL an intruder.  Criminalizing a citizen for defending his life and property is legal terrorism.

v Anti-death-penalty advocates reverse their opinions when their own loved ones are brutally slaughtered.   People in gated communities would revise their unrealistic views if they had to live in the slums like everyone else.

v The law only appeals to citizens who obey them.   We need to deal with criminals by their own standard.  A woman who frys an infant in a frying pan does not require several million-dollars in examinations spread across ten years to understand.  When there are no consequences -- who cares?
