1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/4 cup chopped onions
2 TBS garlic
4 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp fennel seed

Saute' about 8 minutes
2 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes (2 x 15oz.)
2 1/2 cup bottled clam juice (3 bottles)
1 cup dry wine (single)
2 (or +) cans of chopped clams (reserve juice)
1 lb uncooked large shrimp
1 6 oz can drained crab meat
1/2 cup chopped basil (4 TBS)

Increase heat to thicken about 15 minutes
Add clams and crab meat
Add shrimp for the last 2 minutes of cooking time
Add basil and cayenne
