Sherry Wine Cake

1 large box cake mix -- (I like the butter one or vanilla one best -- I think it makes it richer tasting but can use any yellow or white cake mix. [Note: some cake mixes now have double pudding in them and on those, you don't add the instant pudding -- if you use a cake mix that doesn't have double pudding, use a small box instead of large.])

1 large box instant pudding  (see note above)
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup CREAM sherry wine
1/2-3/4 tsp nutmeg

Beat all ingredients together (by mixer or hand)
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan (or 9x13 flat pan can be used)
Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.  Cake will be cracked on top (bottom actually  LOL)
Cool.  Drizzle with glaze or powder sugar it.
